In this session, you will aim to acknowledge your own strengths.
The aim of this session is to support you to recognise your strengths by creating a personal timeline of your past achievements and experiences, and practicing SWOT analysis.
After the session you will:
- know how to create your personal timeline;
- be able to create a SWOT analysis;
- be more aware of your strengths.

Earner of this badge participated in the Job Lab training session "My Strengths" as a part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employment project. The aim of this training session was to recognise own strengths.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that the participant:

- can make analyse his/her strengths using SWOT analysis.
