PME – short for Physio-Mentale Entwicklung – is a gentle, mindful approach to reconnecting with your body and mind. Instead of “fixing” or “controlling” yourself, PME invites you into a compassionate somatic dialogue — a conversation between body and mind, where deep listening and presence guide the way.
We explore slow, conscious movement and body awareness to help you tune into your inner experience — how things feel from the inside — not how they look from the outside. This is not about performance. It’s about creating space to notice, sense, and allow your body to tell its story.

What to Expect
In each session, you’ll be guided through:
Simple movements, performed slowly and mindfully
Somatic sensing (inner body awareness)
Gentle touch and language cues
Opportunities to rest, reflect, and notice
These tools help activate your body’s natural ability to self-organize, self-regulate, and heal. It's a bit like giving your nervous system the calm space it needs to breathe and realign itself — at its own pace.
