Each step in this learning pathway is a residential (or online) workshop with some videos to watch and some material to read.

Learn some essential skills! 
You will discover more about the importance of the first impression when applying to a school or for a job. 
You will learn the following: 
﻿The importance of verbal and non-verbal communication in professional communication
﻿Moment and ways how stress can be helpful
﻿Techniques of coping with “negative” stress
﻿Exercises and techniques to bring increase verbal and non-verbal communication competence
You will practice and analyse elevator pitch. You will also explore the types of stress – positive vs. negative and you will try out relaxation techniques to cope with stress.
