Each step in this learning pathway is a residential (or online) workshop with some videos to watch, some material to read, some tasks to do.

This challenge will help you to focus on your strengths to identify and use them consciously – and maybe even in new ways.

1. The “Me at my best” activity
Аnswer the questions on the Worksheet 1: Me at my best individually, followed by a short exchange in pairs.
2. Brief introduction to Positive Psychology
