In this activity, participants will explore the EU's commitment to equality and non-discrimination, as outlined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Through a video and reflective questions, they will reflect on the importance of equal treatment regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

Participants will engage in critical thinking questions, identify discriminatory behaviors, and learn how EU laws protect individuals' rights in everyday situations. By the end of the activity, they will have a better understanding of how to recognize discrimination and how to promote inclusion, respect, and fairness in their communities.
