During this training session you will learn specific method to analyse and develop your business ideas. It is called LEAN Business Canvas. 
This training session will help you to:
﻿Understand the importance of preparing business plan and that there are different tools to use in the process
﻿To explore each part and step in building your business canvas. 
﻿Learn the set of questions, indications  and techniques which will enable you to fill the parts of Lean canvas for your business idea.
