This playlist provides key resources linked to 8 Entrepreneurship Labs focusing on 8 areas: planning your career, entrepreneurship soft skills, time management, working world and the economy, knowing your customer, generating business ideas, having reasonable arguments, and developing a business idea.
Each step in this learning pathway is a residential (or online) workshop with some videos to watch and some material to read.

It is time to empathize with others and thus develop alternative perspectives. The goal of this training session is to put you in the shoes of another person – in this case, your potential customer – in order to better adjust your idea (or its strategic marketing) to your target group.
After this training session, you will:
- Analyse a potential customer and write down what he/she hears, see, says, thinks and feels.
- Focus on what the customer perceives = the customer perspective
- Create a personalised image of your clientele.

- are able to give reasons for your decisions
