Earners of this badge participated in the Employment Lab training session on business idea development as part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training session was to interview an entrepreneur and learn from practical experience.

How to work with others and maximise the use of individual skills.
How to communicate well with other people.
How to conduct an interview.
How to present content.
When interviewing someone, summarise their answers in written form.
